PARTICIPANT, PURCHASER, STAKER, SUBSCRIBER, AND HOLDER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY THE ISSUER AND ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRIBUTORS, AND ADVISORS, AND TO HOLD EACH OF THEM HARMLESS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, LIABILITY, COST OR EXPENSE, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS OF INVESTIGATION, TO WHICH THEY MAY BE PUT OR WHICH THEY MAY REASONABLY INCUR OR SUSTAIN DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF (A) ANY NON FULFILLMENT OR BREACH OF ANY COVENANT, AGREEMENT, TERMS, OR OTHER PROVISION BY PARTICIPANT, PURCHASER, STAKER, SUBSCRIBER, AND HOLDER OR ITS AFFILIATES OR AGENTS, WHETHER CONTAINED IN THIS WHITEPAPER OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT PROVIDED BY PARTICIPANT, PURCHASER, STAKER, SUBSCRIBER, AND HOLDER TO THE COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH $VOPO, OR (B) THE SALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE $VOPO IN VIOLATION OF THE SECURITIES ACT OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAW OR TERMS OR THIS NOTES.
